SENATE BILL NO. 236 An Act establishing Prisoners of War and                   
Missing in Action Recognition Days and Women Veterans Day; and                 
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
